Korean Cosmetics in Hong Kong Part 2 + HK Haul!

Hi everyone!

To check out my post about Hong Kong from last year, go here.

So, I just came back from HK on Sunday and boy, did it change a lot!!  As you know from the previous blog, there was Innisfree, Etude House, and Skinfood.  Well, now there are so many other stores including The Saem, Missha, Nature Republic, and Laneige!!  As well, there are so many more stores of these chains all around HK.  However, they are all pretty much double the price that you get in Korea which is so disappointing.

BUT!

Many cosmetic stores that have been there for a while such as Watsons, Sasa, Colourmix, and Bonjour are now selling Korean cosmetics from Nature Republic, The Face Shop, etc!  Also, small stores have opened to them as well.  Before, Japanese and North American cosmetics seemed to have dominated the HK population as that was the only kind that they sold in drug stores (like London Drugs in Canada).

The big chains of drug stores have a really good deal most of the time.  However, sometimes they offer the same price as the real store (which is double the price).

Here is my mini haul!  Everything I bought here was pretty reasonably priced *minus the Egg Cream Mask :( ).

In conclusion, if you are coming to HK, it's a good opportunity for you to buy cosmetics here!  Although they might not have everything that you want, it's better than nothing I guess!

In the photo, you might realize that there are a few bottles behind the cleansing foams.  Those are all the same thing, except different type - Peach, aloe, lemon, and cherry.

If you are in Mainland China, I'm pretty sure you can take a train/plane into HK!  It's a great place to visit :)

I hope this was useful for you!

Thanks for reading,

Melissa
